Placing Your First Order
Placing an order at C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is easy. There's no
need to create an account first. You will have done that once you've placed
your first order online.
Finding Items
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order.
You can search by keyword. You will also find links to browse categories. When
you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see
its detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item, enter the quantity to add to your cart and click
the "Add to Cart" button on the right side of the detail page. At the top of
the page you will see how many items are in your cart. You can access the
contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the View Cart link at
the top of every page of our Web site.
Saving a Shopping Cart
If you want to save a shopping cart for later use, first view your cart
contents by clicking on the "View Cart" link at the top of any page, then click
on the "Save Cart" link at the bottom of the page. You must first have an
account with us before you can save your shopping cart.
Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart.
If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, click the
"Remove" link next to the title. The item will be removed from your current
Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order click the "Check Out" link.
You will be taken to the first page of the order form.
Signing In
If you already have an account with us enter your e-mail address and password
click the "Login" button. If you do not have an account, click on the link to
create a new account (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here
will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about
subsequent orders. Make sure you write your password down somewhere so that you
remember it the next time you place an order.)
Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order, and let us know if you would
like to enclose a gift message (maximum of 25 words). Please note that we
cannot ship to PO Boxes.
About Shipping
Currently we ship to anywhere in the United States by UPS or FedEx Ground. You
may call us at 1-800-531-7912 and we will help you. Delivery generally takes
7-10 business days. If you require expedited shipping, then please let us know.
Review Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided. When you are ready,
click the Continue button to proceed to credit card information.
Provide a Method of Payment and Submit Your Order
Let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept American
Express, MasterCard and Visa. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with
a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. Once you place your
order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another
e-mail message at the time of shipment.
Tracking Your Order
You can check the status of your order by clicking on the "Track Your Order"
link on the front page. Here, you will see your order history and the status of
your orders.
